Are you hosting a Burns Supper this weekend? I don’t have any meat for you but I have provided links to some tasty soups that will make a great starter. If you’re not having a large gathering, they’re still a great way to celebrate the Bard’s day. Scotch Broth is the traditional offering whilst the other recipes all provide a twist on the Scottish theme.

Enjoy your soup but don’t forget your whisky!
